Willow Park Luxury Lodges - Salford Priors

We moved here because of my wife’s health.  We were looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful and well set up and after looking at a few other sites decided on Willow Park.  Here we have enjoyed a lovely community spirit.  It is such a friendly site.

the park owners & family are very friendly and they have planned the site out so everyone has space around their home and no-one feels hemmed in.

Having security gates makes it feel really safe as well and I must say it feels like you are permanently on holiday.

It is perfectly placed between Evesham and Alcester with Stratford only 7 miles away and there is a bus stop right outside the gates with a bus every 30 minutes to Evesham, Stratford, Warwick and Coventry.

We enjoy a happy balance of enjoying our home and pushing our interests.

Our home is of the highest quality and completely to our satisfaction.  Nothing has been too much trouble and seeing the site develop since last October really is beyond words.  We can see your vision of your completed site progressing every day.

The community spirit there is superb and it is a pleasure to be part of it.  Without a doubt this entire move is a monumental highlight of our lives and has cemented our retirement plans.

We have been living the dream at Willow Park since November 2016 in the Anniversary Park home, where we have enjoyed the luxury surroundings and great community lifestyle. Having recently moved into our new Elveden Cottage at Willow Park, we are delighted to provide a testimonial for both the beautiful OMAR Park Home and Willow Park Luxury Park at Salford Priors.

Although the recently designed Eleveden Cottage is built to a variety of dimensions, we opted for the 50′ x 22′ version. The spacious, generous living accommodation is ideal for those wishing to have a “Cottage” style property. The “Elveden Cottage” comes complete with a range of luxury built-in kitchen appliances, utility room, study, en-suite to the main bedroom and a luxury bathroom to the second bedroom. The spacious wardrobe system and cottage cupboard facilities provide more than ample room for personal effects. It seems, a great deal of effort and thought has been given to the design and construction of this product.

Extended warranty on such major items as the roof is included. The home comes complete with furniture, although we opted to utilize our own from our previous home.

We are very pleased with our purchase. We were taken to visit the OMAR facility in Brandon, Suffolk by the Park Home Owner prior to purchase to personalize some of the interior fittings before the unit entered the build cycle. The staff were most accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.

The after-sales has proved to be effective. Some snagging is inevitable due to transporting and siting; this has been handled very professionally by OMAR’s after-sales team.
The Park Home, owned by Broadway Luxury Park Homes Ltd, is situated on the outskirts of a small village and just a short journey from major towns in the area. A frequent bus service operates through the village, with a stop conveniently located near the main (coded entry) gate.

As the Park Home develops, we are confident that anyone who decide to purchase a property built by OMAR Park Homes or live on the Willow Park Home site will not be disappointed. The Owner and Park Warden offer a friendly and professional service. We plan to spend many years here.
